• Follow all safety protocols.
• Participate in pre and post shift meetings.
• Complete STOP observations as needed.
• Have complete understanding of company quality standards and standard tolerances.
• Maintain acceptable levels of internal scrap.
• Maintain acceptable levels of customer returns.

Education and Experience Requirements
:

• Must be willing to work any shift assigned.
• Minimum of 1 Year Manufacturing Experience desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred.
• Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Be able to lift to 100 lbs. with a partner.
• Team player: ability to work as a team.
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to prioritize needs.
• Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
