Location: Gainesville, GA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Resource 1 is seeking a Plant ERP Functional Lead to own the functional management of the Syteline ERP environment across multiple manufacturing sites.
Experience with
CSI (Cloud Suite Industrial) is also highly acceptable.
This role will serve as the internal ERP functional expert and primary system owner, driving governance, configuration, continuous improvement, and adoption across manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, manufacturing‑savvy, and comfortable working directly with plant leadership, supply chain teams, IT partners, and external consultants to optimize the ERP landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the functional owner for Syteline / CSI ERP across multiple plants, with primary focus on the Gainesville, GA facility.
- Lead ERP configuration, enhancements, and process optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, work orders, and shop floor operations.
- Partner with external consulting teams on projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Strengthen ERP governance, data integrity, security, and role-based permissions.
- Drive ERP adoption and ensure alignment to SOPs and documented processes.
- Balance day‑to‑day issue resolution (break/fix) with long‑term continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the cross‑functional liaison between operations, supply chain, finance, and IT.
- Support reporting initiatives, including integration with BI tools such as Intelli Dash
.
- 5–8 years of hands‑on functional experience with Syteline ERP or CSI (Cloud Suite Industrial).
- Strong background in discrete manufacturing environments (engineer‑to‑order, build‑to‑order, aftermarket/quick‑turn parts).
- Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory management, planning, APS, and shop floor execution.
- Experience configuring ERP modules (not just user support).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross‑functional process improvement.
- Comfortable supporting approximately 200 ERP users across multiple sites.
- Experience with ERP upgrades or environment optimization initiatives.
- Exposure to BI/reporting tools (i.e., Intelli Dash).
- Manufacturing site engagement and shop‑floor collaboration experience.
