Directs and supervises front office staff in daily operations of medical practice.

REQUIRED
  • High School diploma, equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education.
  • Five (5) years of leadership experience
    • PREFERRED
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to manage time of self and others.
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
