This is a full-time on-site role based in Gainesville, GA (KGVL) and Peachtree Dekalb, GA (KPDK), for an Assistant Chief Flight Instructor. The role involves assisting in the development and implementation of flight training programs, supervising and mentoring other instructors, and ensuring compliance with flight training standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include performing flight checks, maintaining training records, and overseeing aircraft utilization and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications- Experience in flight operations, including Air and Flight Test knowledge
- Proficiency in Aircraft operation and Aircraft Maintenance procedures
- Strong skills in Program Management related to aviation training and operations
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) ratings required
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Commitment to upholding safety protocols and flight training standards
- Previous experience in a similar leadership or instructional aviation role is preferred
