We are looking for a team member who can help us provide world class service to our customers. This position requires high standards, excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks in a fast paced environment. It also requires a strong ability to take charge in order to meet tight deadlines to satisfy customer requirements. We do not expect candidates to have knowledge of our industry or products as all product training will be provided.
This is an on‑site position based out of our Gainesville, Georgia facility. If you have a stable job history and good work ethic, we would like to talk to you about making a long‑term career with us.

- Providing prompt, friendly service to our customers over the phone and by email
- Giving knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability
- Assist with entry, scheduling and follow‑up on warranty and service requests
- Partner with shipping department to ensure timeliness in completion, and proactively reach out to customers if there are any changes to the schedule or collecting payments required to ship order
- Directing customers to the appropriate team member for further technical assistance when necessary
- Creating quotes and entering sales orders
- Monitoring multiple sources of customer requests (website orders, website request forms, customer service email box) to ensure all customer needs are being handled in a timely manner
- Following up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Must be on‑site full time (40hr) during normal business hours at our Gainesville, GA facility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Interface with all departments and outside vendors in order to meet customer needs
- Ability to become knowledgeable in our products and how they function
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- 2 year college degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in the specific position
