Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Staffmark - Up to $15.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients by answering inquiries, offering information, and delivering services to meet customer needs.;
Assist with appointment scheduling, WIC voucher printing, and managing caseloads, inventory, and office supplies.;
Address complex customer service issues by researching policies, procedures, and regulations to find solutions.;
Interpret when needed and communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to ensure accurate information delivery.
