About the Role:
Secretary II

Full‑Time | Healthcare

We are seeking a reliable, organized Secretary II to provide administrative support to the Clinical Education department in a collaborative, small‑office healthcare environment. This role is well‑suited for a self‑directed professional who enjoys working independently, managing administrative details, and supporting internal teams behind the scenes. The position involves minimal customer interaction and focuses on coordination, documentation, and operational support for departmental activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to department leadership and staff
  • Answer and route phone calls; assist visitors and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences; prepare agendas and meeting notes as needed
  • Manage calendars and email inboxes for department leadership
  • Maintain files and records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform data entry, filing, mail distribution, and general office coordination
  • Coordinate office activities with internal departments
  • Maintain office and supply inventory, and keep work areas organized
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2–5 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong typing skills (45–60 wpm)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional healthcare setting
