The divisional controller is responsible for overseeing and managing general accounting functions, ensuring financial reporting accuracy, and maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in the monthly close process, financial statement preparation, and coordination of internal and external audits.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the month‐end and year‐end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by collaborating with finance and business units.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on accounting procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Accounting experience and leadership roles
