Responsibilities
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities
  • Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your career within the specific geographies we serve
  • Deliver top‑tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business
  • Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales
Qualifications
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Top‑notch time management skills and highly organized
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred (but not required); what matters most is your drive and determination
  • Self‑motivation and drive
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
  • Tech‑savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
Compensation

$65,000 – $105,000 per year
