We are seeking a self‑motivated Regional Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and develop new business across North Florida. This role focuses on calling on ready‑mix and precast producers in the territory, providing technical and sales support in the concrete construction industry, including admixtures and related products. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of concrete mix designs and a proven track record in construction sales.

Approximately 50% travel is required, limited overnight stays.

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Identify and secure new accounts and project opportunities
• Provide technical support, product guidance, and specification assistance
• Collaborate with customer sales teams on project pursuits
• Conduct jobsite visits and support product implementation
• Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity
• Attend trade shows, seminars, and industry events as needed

• Background in concrete construction sales (ready‑mix, precast, admixtures, etc.)
• Knowledge of concrete mix designs and construction processes
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools preferred

• Up to 50% travel within North Florida; limited overnight stays
• Full‑time, remote role with flexible schedule
• Collaborative team environment with ongoing training and development
