Base pay range: $15.00/hr

• Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests, including answering questions, resolving concerns, and ongoing outreach regarding membership status.
• Ensure a friendly, helpful, and inclusive experience for all members and guests.
• Deliver an exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests, inspiring fitness goal pursuit within the community.
• Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean studio environment.

• Demonstrate dedication to maximizing member experience satisfaction and achieve key performance standards.
• Promote enthusiasm for fitness and the OTF brand by assisting new members on their fitness journey.
• Build connections and provide ongoing support to members and guests regarding membership status.

• Positive, genuine, and passionate attitude; self-motivated and eager to learn; enjoys helping others and cares about well-being.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus; willingness to deliver above-and-beyond service and to contribute valuably.
• 1+ years of related experience in a similar role.

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Job Type: Variable Hour Employee – Part-time & Full-time hours available
• Hours per week: 20–40, 25 or more preferred
