Customer Service & Sales:
Direct the team, resolve customer issues, and handle merchandise effectively.;
Store Operations:
Assist with inventory counts, update in-stock information, oversee RFID process and stock ledger updates, manage pricing/signing and re-ticketing/re-packaging.;
Stockroom & General Operations:
Oversee stockroom processes, safety initiatives, equipment, and logistics with third-party carriers; manage cash office and receiving/shipping.;
Team Development:
Train and develop associates, coach in the moment, address performance issues, ensure policy compliance.;
Performance Standards:
Meet standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling, relations, engagement, profit, productivity, and attendance.
