Our Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality.
Training and Development:
Paid Training! We offer a Management Development Program that teaches all of our Assistant Managers the skills needed to become successful managers. For those with experience, the program provides self‑paced learning and fast tracking.
Opportunities:
Only store managers that have successfully managed a Domino’s Pizza store for at least a year are eligible to apply for franchising opportunities through our program.
Compensation:
Competitive salary plus performance‑based wage increases and incentives tied to store profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Prior management experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations
- Enforce all policies and procedures
- Staffing, paperwork, cost control, food management, scheduling, marketing, profitability
- Store cleanliness, attendance, punctuality, and transportation
