This role involves communicating membership benefits, providing customer service, maintaining the gas station and car wash area, stocking merchandise, operating equipment, and ensuring a safe environment. You will also have opportunities to earn performance‑based bonuses.

• Communicates and explains membership types, programs, and benefits to members to assist with account decisions and encourage renewals.
• Provides customer/member service by acknowledging patrons, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Maintains and cleans the car wash/gas station area and ensures accurate pricing signage.
• Handles claims and returns, arranges merchandise, identifies shrink, and ensures a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise/supplies from distribution centers, organizes and maintains facility following company procedures.
• Operates cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures.
• Operates and maintains gas station/car wash equipment and provides product and service to customers per company policies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*; the actual rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
