Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire:
  Motivate and guide store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets.
• Customer‑Centric Approach:
  Ensure a pleasant shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and maintaining the highest brand standards.
• Operational Excellence:
  Oversee compliance with safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure timely implementation of company policies.
• People Development:
  Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to build a culture of success.
• Drive Results:
  Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement strategies to maximize store performance.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.
