Member Frontline Cashier – Walmart

We are looking for friendly faces to run registers and support our members through the self‑checkout experience. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. You will be the first, last, or sometimes only associate that our members interact with, so it’s important to smile, greet, and thank each and every one.

$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer members’ questions across the club
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
• Process member purchases, assisting with payments, and operating registers or self‑checkout stations
• Ensure safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials properly
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to identify priorities, complete tasks, and recommend improvement opportunities

• You keep member satisfaction as your top priority and can tackle obstacles head‑on to ensure each task is completed with excellence
• You can stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately
• Required:
  
  Customer Service, Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register), Working with mobile retail applications

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
