Being on the Taziki’s Hospitality Team means serving fresh food you’re proud of and taking care of guests, making meaningful connections. You’ll need to know our menu inside and out to help guests order a dish they’ll love, and you’ll check every detail before placing it in the hands of the guest. Collaboration and communication with teammates in a fast‑paced environment are essential to create a clean, enjoyable experience.
Dayin the Life
As a Hospitality Team Member, your day starts helping the team prep food. You greet teammates, use the prep sheet, and ensure the dining room and guest areas are clean and stocked. Before lunch you help assemble catering orders and prepare register areas. You welcome guests, take Dine‑In and Take‑Out orders, and run orders to guests while ensuring accuracy. You answer phone orders, tidy spaces, conduct online training, and may aim for a leadership role.
At shift end you clean and organize work areas and sign off on closing duties.
