LAH OPS Veterinary Technician

• Provide nursing support in a 24/7 unit, performing medical treatments and procedures under the supervision of senior staff.
• Work part-time with a flexible schedule and be prepared to be on-call for nights, weekends, and holidays; additional hours may be available to cover staff leave.
• Treat and handle horses, with potential work involving goats, pigs, alpacas, cattle, sheep, and llamas.
• Must live close to the veterinary school and have reliable transportation to arrive within 30 minutes when called.
• Join a self-motivated, compassionate team and contribute to high-quality patient care.

• Must have experience with horses to be considered.
• Must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and able to bend, kneel, and squat for periods of time to restrain and treat patients.
• Preferred:
  Experience as a Veterinary Technician.

Expected Salary: $15.00 hourly
