Registered Nurse

Location: Gainesville, FL (onsite)

Compensation: $29-43/hr + Night & Weekend Differentials + Sign-On Bonus

• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care following established policies and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical guidelines.
• Support patient and family education for ongoing care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Minimum 1 year RN experience in settings such as Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections. Acute Care experience is not required.
• Active RN license in any U.S. state or approved multi-state RN compact license. Compact license holders must obtain a local license within 60 days of relocation.
• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Healthcare Provider) prior to start
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within 30 days of start
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start

• Competitive pay, base pay+shift differential for weekends and night shifts.
• Hourly rates based on experience: $29–$43.20/hr.
• Night Differential: +$4.25/hr.
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr.
