We are seeking a Nutrition Host/Hostess for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? • Provide nutrition and hospitality service to assigned patients, including solicitation of preferences, processing and maintaining patient diet orders.
• Resolves any food and nutrition related issues.
• Complete try passing and pick up for assigned patients daily.
• Receives and documents patient information in accordance with the facility requirements in the computer system.
• Creates an provides meal tickets, production sheets, and relays any additional information as needed throughout the department.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand written and oral instructions.
• 6 months of related experience is required.
• Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, math, analysis, reading, following instruction, basic computer usage.
