• Provide safe, patient‑centered nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and treatments following clinical guidelines.
• Support patient and family education for ongoing care and health maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  Experience may include:
  Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections. Acute Care experience is NOT required.
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate RN compact license.
  • Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation.
• Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required;

• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required prior to start.
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. (NIHSS training requirements supported by national certification guidelines.)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

• Competitive hourly rates based on experience, ranging approximately from $29/hr to $43.20/hr depending on tenure (1-year, 5-year, and 17-year experience tiers).
• Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus Opportunities:
