Full-Time, Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends), $30.69 to $43.20/hr, $15k-$25k Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Case-by-Case

Join a dynamic neurology team providing patient-centered care in a full-service acute care setting. This role offers flexibility with day or night 12-hour shifts, opportunities for professional growth, and comprehensive support for RNs at all experience levels.

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly
• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and respond to adverse events
• Perform procedures and clinical monitoring per provider orders
• Document all care and interventions thoroughly in the patient s medical record
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care
• Anticipate and respond to patient needs to ensure high-quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes

Required:

• 1 year of RN experience in any setting (Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing, Outpatient Rehab, Corrections; acute care not required)
• Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license)
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred:

• Bachelor s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in neurology or neuroscience care settings
• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Hourly pay: $30.69-$43.20 based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: $15k for Day Shifts; $25k for Night Shifts
