• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with renal and vascular conditions.
• Administer medications, including hemodialysis treatments, as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, including managing potential complications such as infections, blood pressure fluctuations, and access site complications.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Candidate requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in renal, vascular, or critical care nursing
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Previous experience in dialysis or vascular access management preferred
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities
