Available Shifts:

• Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotating weekends)
• Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotating weekends)

Role Overview: This position is for a Med-Surg RN in a small, acute care hospital environment. You will care for adult patients across a general medical-surgical unit while collaborating closely with physicians and the care team. This is a great opportunity for nurses who value teamwork, learning, and a supportive leadership structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments on admission and throughout each shift
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to patient needs and provide bedside support
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and care plans

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (required)
• Active Florida RN license or compact multistate license
• Compact nurses must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating
• Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
• BLS required within 30 days of start

Unit Details:

• Med-Surg West: 24 beds
• Med-Surg East: 28 beds
• Not a trauma facility
• Leadership values high energy, positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn

Compensation:

• Hourly Range:
• $29.73/hr - entry-level range
• $37.75/hr - ~10+ years experience
• Up to $43.20/hr - 18+ years experience
• Shift Differentials:
• Nights: $4.25/hr
• Weekends: $2.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
• $10,000 - Day Shift
• $15,000 - Night Shift
• Relocation Assistance:
  Available case by case
