• Evenings (Rotating weekends)
• Nights (Rotating weekends)

Role Overview: This role is for an experienced Emergency Room RN in a small acute-care hospital with a 24/7 Emergency Department and ICU support. You will care for patients ranging from minor injuries to emergent and critical cases while working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat ER patients of all acuity levels
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes quickly
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Interpret labs, diagnostics, and vital signs
• Coordinate care with physicians and other departments
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support admissions, discharges, and emergency procedures
• Delegate and supervise support staff as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of Acute Care ER RN experience (required)
• Active Florida RN license or compact multistate license
• Compact nurses must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Certifications required within 30 days of start:
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

Compensation:

• Hourly Range:
• Entry: ~$30.60/hr
• Mid-level (10+ yrs): ~$38.25/hr
• Senior (18+ yrs): up to ~$45.90/hr
• Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$4.25/hr
• Weekends: +$2.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus:
• $10,000 - Day Shift
• $15,000 - Night Shift
• Relocation Assistance:
  Available case by case
