, you’ll play a critical role in caring for patients with neurological and stroke-related conditions, ensuring high standards of patient safety, education, and recovery. - Assess patient conditions upon admission and during scheduled shifts
- Implement provider orders for medications, procedures, and monitoring
- Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic or adverse effects
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Serve as an advocate and resource for patients and their support networks
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to provide patient-centered care
- License: Active RN license in Florida or Compact RN license (required)
- Experience: 1 year of recent (within the past 4 years) acute care RN experience (required)
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (required); BSN (preferred)
- Certifications:
- BLS – must be obtained within 30 days of employment
- ACLS preferred
