We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses.
• Provide plan‑based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.
