The days the candidate would be working could vary and they will work every other weekend. 3 x 12 hour shifts.

Days: 7a-7p (Rotating weekends)

Nights: 7p-7a (Rotating weekends)

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool
RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

• 1 year of recent (within the last year) Med-Surg acute care RN experience required. Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units. Only Med-Surg experience is acceptable.
• If a candidate has 3 or more years of RN experience and holds a compact license, they will still need to apply for the FL license; we can consider and move forward.
• If a candidate has less than 3 years of RN experience, they’ll need to take the NCLEX in FL and, once they pass, we can consider (this is if candidates do not have a FL RN License).
• Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
• Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required
