As a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Float Pool, you will be able to float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You will be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. Key duties include advocating for patients and families, protecting privacy and confidentiality, facilitating patient care, making nursing assessments and diagnoses, and providing plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Serve as a patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care by performing nursing assessments and diagnoses
• Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

• 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• BSN preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Other:

• Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
