Manufacture implants and instruments at an introductory level.

• Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance.
• Work from written instructions (Work Instructions).
• Adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity.
• Inspect own work with minimal assistance.
• Meet production standards and quality expectations.
• Document results accurately.
• Understand and follow GMP procedures as applicable to job duties.
• Understand and follow all departmental SOPs. Document and report any process deviations to team leader.
• Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.
• Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
• Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader.

• Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience
  • Able to read blueprints.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Able to use basic inspection tools, calipers, micrometers, etc.
  • Some manufacturing experience.
• Functional/Technical Knowledge,
