Packaging Technician- Shift, Mon-Thursday- 2nd Shift

Yoh has an immediate, 6‑month contract (with the possibility of extension or full‑time hire) opportunity as Packaging Technician to join our client, OnSite, to report to their office in Gainesville, FL.

Schedule:

Monday‑through‑Thursday, 10‑hour days – long weekends. 2nd Shift (3:15 PM‑1:45 AM) – $17.60/hr.

• Work with alacrity and a positive attitude to meet or exceed the needs of our internal and external customers by achieving production goals while ensuring all quality, compliance, and safety objectives are met.
• Use teamwork, communication, and kindness to support other packaging employees in managing resources responsibly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining a positive environment.
• Perform area clearances.
• Perform visual inspections.
• Clean controlled areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories of packaging materials and implants.
• Know and comply with all department safety policies and procedures.
• Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards.
• Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.
• Understand and follow all SOPs for the Packaging Area. All product or process non‑conformances are documented and/or brought to the attention of the team leader or designate for disposition.
• Package Implants/Instruments according to SOP.

• Experience in clean room operations or other medical device manufacturing.
• High School Diploma required.
• Attention to detail, record‑keeping skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Ability to follow established/documented procedures.
