CNC Machinist

Join Our Team as a CNC Machinist in Gainesville, Florida!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable CNC Machinist to become a key part of our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathe or mill machines. If you take pride in precision workmanship and enjoy working in a dynamic production environment, we’d love to have you on board.

• Operate mill, lathe, drill press, CNC machine, and other equipment
• Modify existing CNC programs as needed
• Write basic CNC programs
• Perform defined set-up and change overs

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a diploma
• Five years or more CNC Machining experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Advanced mathematical skills
• Ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers etc)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated understanding of G & M code
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret prints, documents and other instructions
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to share knowledge

• This role is based in a manufacturing environment
• Frequent standing and walking required
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
