The purpose of the Night Warehouse Manager is to plan and manage the daily workload of night warehouse personnel to ensure activities are performed effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Oversee and monitor recruiting, training, scheduling and management of all night warehouse personnel to ensure Ben
E. Keith operational objectives are met and maintained. - Perform management tasks to maximize productivity of personnel and maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Maintain a safe, clean and functional environment for all shift associates to meet or exceed regulatory or third‑party inspections.
- Monitor operations to ensure Branch and Company productivity, safety, error and turnover goals are met or exceeded.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure the proper and timely completion of paperwork, including time/wage reporting, daily receipts and other required documentation.
- Supervise duties for night warehouse personnel and management teams.
- Conduct performance appraisals as directed.
- Provide feedback and assistance to direct reports.
