General Management, Operations Manager
Assistant General Manager (AGM) will support the General Manager by promoting an environment that values diversity and acceptance while creating a warm welcoming environment for members. As an extension of the General Manager, the AGM will oversee operations when the General Manager is absent, maintaining a culture that delivers a second‑to‑none experience for members and a supportive work environment for team members.
The AGM will motivate, lead, supervise, and coordinate staff tasks in the membership counter, ensuring all company policies and brand integrity are upheld.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies.
- Assist the General Manager in communicating and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
- Take decisive action when required.
- Recruit, interview, and hire talented team members proactively.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Work with the team to achieve revenue targets measured through KPI’s.
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads.
- Encourage staff involvement in the community and recruit local businesses into partnership programs.
- Support personnel‑related problems or difficulties following company procedures and documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly coordination and tactfully.
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances service quality.
- Ensure the facility meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
- Report and ensure repair of malfunctioning equipment.
- Assist in processing, submitting, and approving payroll.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States pursuant to both state and federal requirements and maintain eligibility to work in the U.S. throughout employment.
