Maintenance Supervisor – Now Hiring

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in property maintenance to lead our team and ensure our community remains in top condition. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance service requests and repairs.
• Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Prepare market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, including appliance repair.
• Maintain all common areas, amenities, and building exteriors to a high standard.
• Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Maintenance Supervisor.
• HVAC/EPA Certification preferred.
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or property management.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
