Groundskeeper

We are hiring a Groundskeeper for a temporary-to-permanent, full-time position to help maintain the curb appeal, amenities, and common areas of our multi-family residential apartment communities
. This role is essential in keeping our properties clean, inviting, and well-maintained.

• Maintain the grounds, amenities, parking lots, and building exteriors
• Pressure washing and general upkeep of community areas
• Remove trash and debris from the property daily
• Assist with vacant unit trash-outs and preparation for new residents
• Support the maintenance team with light repairs and troubleshooting
• Report any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Help deliver resident communications when needed

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors and be physically active
• A team player who takes pride in keeping the community beautiful
• Interest in growing into a Maintenance Technician role
