UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking a professional level Workday Integrations Developer to join Applications, Development and Integrations, a unit within UFIT.
UFIT enables teaching, learning, research, and service on campus and across the region with state‑of‑the‑art enterprise IT systems, including SEC and SUS universities, and the opportunity to teach using Hi Per Gator .
ADI maintains and operates the software that powers UF’s enterprise‑wide computer systems, creating the technological foundation for the campus’ academic and administrative business functions. ADI is looking for skilled team members who enjoy using their creative talents to produce business solutions that address the needs of, and create efficiencies for, core business offices at UF.
The Workday Integrations Developer serves as a senior technical professional responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. This position works closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical team members to translate business requirements into robust technical integration solutions. The developer ensures seamless data flow across systems while maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance standards.
This role requires deep expertise in Workday integration tools including Enterprise Interface Builder, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect for Integrations, and related technologies. The position provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members while staying current with Workday releases, integration best practices, and emerging technologies. The developer collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support organizational objectives through reliable and scalable integration architecture.

Led by Senior Vice President and CIO Elias Eldayrie, the eight departments comprising UFIT are:
Academic Technology;
Applications, Development, and Integrations;
Business Center;
Customer Experience and Resource Planning;
Data Platform and Analytics;
Information Security Office;
Infrastructure and Communication Technology; and Research Computing. UFIT enables teaching, learning, research, and service on campus and across the region with state‑of‑the‑art enterprise IT systems, including SEC and SUS universities, and the opportunity to teach using Hi Per Gator .

$130,000-$150,000; commensurate based on education and experience
