Job Description:Job duties include:
- Install and configure software and hardware components, including computers, printers, and peripherals
- Provide technical support and maintain computer hardware and software within a network environment
- Offer technical assistance and training to department personnel
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment issues
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors within the office
$14/hour
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
- Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed for the movement and installation of computer equipment and printers
- Fluent in JS, PHP or any shell scripting
- Previous technical support experience, particularly troubleshooting Windows or MacOS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mobile device operating systems, and networking
- Possession of a valid driver's license
