Housekeeper, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to brand and company standards. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, replenishing amenities, and reporting maintenance issues.

This role plays a critical part in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by living out our company purpose: “hospitality from our family to yours.”

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with Naples Hotel Group and brand standards.
• Perform tasks such as dusting Soil End when re dispensing of vali abra o majority of the shift, involving frequent standing, walking, bending, shrub and sining key security and confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
