• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to maintain overall resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding all guest room linens as well as restaurant and catering linens.
• Keep the laundry area and common areas clean and organized.
• Complete daily cleaning of housekeeping and maintenance staff restrooms.
• Understand proper utilization of equipment and chemicals, including knowledge of appropriate safety procedures.
• Assist housemen and housekeepers as needed.
• Help maintain a safe work environment.
• Always respond in a friendly and helpful manner to other team members.

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Neat, professional, and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to move, traverse, and position oneself to reach corners, low areas, and high places; observe conditions; detect odors; and maneuver carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces.
• Ability to operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
• Ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
