Cart/Landing Stocker – Evening Shift (4:00 PM–8:00 PM, 4 Days/Week)

Join us at Pyramid Global Hospitality as a Cart/Landing Stocker on the evening shift at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center. This position is full‑time and requires a commitment to keeping housekeeping stocks fully replenished and organized to ensure guest satisfaction.

Position Summary
The Cart/Landing Stocker is responsible for fully stocking all housekeeping carts and the shelves on each guest room floor. This includes ensuring an adequate supply of linens, towels, terry, cleaning supplies, and other guest room necessities. The role also supports the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel’s linen supply areas. Strong communication with both the Laundry and Rooms departments is essential to maintain a smooth workflow.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Fully stock housekeeping carts and landing shelves with linens, towels, terry, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain proper par levels in all linen closets and ensure they are neat, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness of linen closets, including sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep.
• Clean emergency stairways, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning light fixtures.
• Maintain care and proper use of equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with Laundry and Rooms departments to support workflow and timely restocking.
• Uphold cleanliness and service standards in assigned areas within established time guidelines.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Neat, professional, and pleasant demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.

Compensation
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
