Our Life Enrichment team is vital to ensuring the optimal well-being for our residents. As a Life Enrichment team member, you are responsible for organizing life-enriching programming for Health Pavilion residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Support. You will assist in organizing and supervising on-campus and off-campus activities, ensuring events follow established policies and procedures and the safety of residents.
LifeEnrichment/Activities Assistant — Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of one year working in a healthcare-associated field, preferably long-term care
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively to staff, residents, families, and community members
- Empathetic, energetic, and able to work with a diverse senior population
- All applicants must complete and pass a Level II Background Check and Drug Screening
