We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the Life Enrichment team as a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by planning and executing engaging activities.
Responsibilities- Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, coordinating with outside organizations, setup, and cleanup.
- Help ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents.
- Provide oversight of a specific life enrichment component (e.g., Memory Care, specific activity) as assigned.
- Coordinate transportation of residents to and from outside events, including driving company vehicle when needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

- Age 25 or older to meet insurance requirements.
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
- Prefer:
Experience working with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, demonstrated creative skills.
