Overview

The Environmental Services Team Leader (ESTL) will function as the leader of other Environmental Services Workers on an assigned team/shift to include training, scheduling, assigning work, contributing to the performance management process and distributing needed supplies and equipment. The ESTL will also perform in the capacity of an Environmental Services Worker as needed.

  Education and Experience Requirements:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read, write and understand both oral and written instruction.
• Must have one year of previous hospital-based Environmental Service Worker experience and demonstrated leadership skills or two years Environmental Services experience in the hospitality industry and demonstrated leadership skills.
