A health services organization seeks part-time Diabetes Peer Coaches to assist adults living with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes in Florida. You will support patients, connect them with resources, and participate in educational tele-sessions. Required qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication skills. Preferred candidates should have knowledge of diabetes care and may be bilingual.

Salary is $16-20 per hour for 10-20 hours weekly, within normal business hours.
