As a Float Pool RN, you will provide exceptional nursing care across multiple departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and support throughout the hospital.

• Provide direct patient care in various departments, including the Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Department, and others as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health information.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience in multiple clinical areas (e.g., Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to various clinical settings.
