- Coordinate multi-site engagement and program development for a research study aimed at improving health care quality, outcomes and well-being for pregnant and postpartum women.
- Collaborate with internal and external research partners, clinical providers and community stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate related projects with Dr. Kay Roussos-Ross (PI) and study team members.
- Oversee program development and implementation; create educational materials for external partners; perform ongoing program evaluation.
- Manage all aspects of assigned human subjects research studies, including recruitment, eligibility review, patient screening, informed consent, study records, data collection, OnCore updates, and study team communication.
- Lead research development activities (literature reviews, protocol creation/submission, database management, data preparation for analysis, mentoring staff).
- Handle regulatory compliance: keep regulatory binders, submit documents to IRB/other bodies, monitor/audit visits, ensure GCP adherence, attend UF-IRB meetings as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and professional development related to human subjects research.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master, Ph.D., RN or similar health-related credential.
- Knowledge and experience with clinical trial processes and policies.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in human subjects research; UF policies and procedures knowledge.
- Minimum 2-3 years clinical/direct patient contact experience.
- Clinical Research Professional Certification (CRPC) or eligibility for CRPC.
- GCP and IATA certifications; experience with OnCore, Epic, REDCap, and EDC systems.
- Collaborative, proactive, and problem-solving abilities; strong MS Office skills.
Expected Salary: $60,000.00 to $66,000.00 annually
