The Warrington College of Business is seeking to hire a non‑tenure‑track faculty member who will also serve as the inaugural administrative and academic director of the Warrington Consulting Academy to prepare students for careers in the consulting industry, or for consulting adjacent roles and functions in leading organizations.

Primary duties will include teaching a range of consulting and experiential courses to graduate and undergraduate students that may be taught in person, online, or through other formats (including hybrid, virtual synchronous, or immersions).

• Introduction to the consulting industry
• Client engagement strategies
• Experiential field‑based courses with one or more live clients

The position will also collaborate closely with Business Career Services, the Undergraduate Program Office (Heavener School of Business), MBA Program Office, and Specialized Master’s Program offices, faculty colleagues, and other college leaders to facilitate consulting‑related career exploration opportunities, build and enhance relationships with consulting firms, and develop networking and competency‑building events/programs for students.

• Must have an MBA or relevant master’s degree from an accredited business school.

• Must have demonstrated proficiency in teaching, mentoring, or leading early‑career professionals.

• Candidates will have experience teaching business courses (or leading training and development programs for early‑career professionals).
• Preference will be given to applicants with significant senior‑level experience in the consulting or related industries.
