In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the future of our graduate and combination degree programs by developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that attract exceptional students and increase enrollment.

The Center for Arts in Medicine is dedicated to advancing the arts in healthcare, public health, and community, creating meaningful change through education, research, and practice. You’ll serve as a trusted resource for prospective students, offering guidance on academic programs, financial aid, and career pathways, while supporting faculty and staff throughout the admissions process.

Responsibilities

Graduate Student Recruitment

  • Oversees and coordinates all of the day-to-day operational aspects of graduate student recruitment.
  • Coordinates and implements graduate student recruitment efforts for combination degrees and graduate programs.
  • Develops and executes strategies for recruiting students from high schools and combination degree programs.
  • This includes interacting with prospective students, running tabling events, producing social media content, phone calls, emails, and student group outreach.
  • Coordinates and executes other student recruitment activities on campus and in local, state, and national communities. Host virtual and in-person information sessions.
  • Analyzes market research trends to inform program creation and engagement while staying current on national trends and best practices in graduate recruitment. Identify appropriate markets for potential Center graduate student recruitment, including feeder programs.
  • Engage faculty, staff, students, and alumni in recruitment activities.
