Who is Vet Evolve?

Vet Evolve is a people‑first organization that provides industry know‑how and reliable support to veterinary teams, enabling them to deliver exceptional patient care. We focus on creating a genuine, supportive, people‑focused environment that prioritizes each individual to ensure they are achieving their career goals and are fulfilled personally, professionally, and financially. • Act as a liaison between Vet Evolve and veterinary students, clubs, professors, and university personnel.
• Brainstorm ideas with a Vet Evolve contact person to create educational, engaging, and unique events for students.
• Coordinate and execute campus outreach events such as in‑person one‑on‑ones, virtual events, advertise events to the student body, and assist with catering as needed.
• Responsible for timely registration of Vet Evolve for job fairs, posts on school social media, job boards, and notifying the student body about the variety of opportunities within Vet Evolve.
• Manage attendance expectations for all events hosted by Vet Evolve in all settings.
• Promote student knowledge of, and participation in, our externship program.
• Assist Vet Evolve with outreach to at least 75% of the graduating class, including email, networking events, off‑campus events, and touch‑points.
• Act as a resource to students related to the opportunities in our network and make information about our group available to students.
• Participate in monthly check‑in calls with the Vet Evolve company partner and assist with marketing efforts on social media sites (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram) on a monthly basis.
• Become familiar with our family of hospitals, leaders, and staff.

• Compensation – $750 per semester. All externship travel is covered for ambassadors to Vet Evolve hospitals.
• Become a part of the Vet Evolve family of veterinary professionals and make connections on‑the‑job through a customized externship, internship, and/or summer work experience.
• Signing bonus and relocation reimbursement to join a Vet Evolve practice post‑graduation.
• Fun!

• 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year students.
• A student currently enrolled who is actively engaged in the student community and is willing to interact with others outside of their respective class.
• Not employed with another veterinary group as a student ambassador.
• A student who is also a school ambassador is eligible to apply.
• Student should be in good academic standing at their university.
